Understanding Your Services and Renewal Dates

This guide explains how to see which services you have with us and when they renew, so you can avoid unexpected downtime.

Viewing your services

After logging in to the Client Area, click Services > My Services. Here you will see a list of all hosting, automation, and server products on your account.

Service status

Each service has a status such as Active, Pending, Suspended, or Cancelled. The status tells you whether the service is running, being set up, or no longer available.

Next due date

The Next Due Date column shows when the next payment is required to keep the service active. We recommend paying a few days before this date to avoid any interruption.

Service details page

Click any service name to open its details page. Here you can see login shortcuts, configuration options, and sometimes usage statistics specific to that service.

Domains and hosting renewals

Domains are listed under the Domains section with their own renewal dates. Your hosting, VPS, n8n, Node.js, or dedicated server plans renew separately under Services.
